So think of that as a funnel, and this is your activity funnel. You’ve got to put some information in and then open that activity funnel up, guys, so it turns, more comes out, and it gets reproduced because awareness … or think of it as knowledge, right? You know what you have to do. Awareness without action creates nothing. I like to literally equate almost everything I do in my business with like working out. Um, and I try to work out, you know. Um, I say try. Try is a terrible word. And if I’m going to work out, um, I’m really committing to it more because when we go to our summit in our, um, conference in February, I want to be like back down into a size six. So it’s been a while. It’s been a while. It’s going to be a journey. So keep watching my videos, so you’ll see me progress.

But I have worked with personal trainers before. I know how to work out. I know what working out is about. I know how to eat healthy. I know how to cook healthy. But I know that, but I’m not doing it, so I’m still, you know, a size 12 instead of a size six the way that I would like to be.
